Unable to access Company healthcare clinic card. Does this mean that I have been let go?

I have a “not-so-good” relationship with the current management. I have a feeling that they are letting me go. Just checked my company healthcare card and keyed in my details. There is no record found. Am I thinking of the worst case scenario?
