Unions are a check on THEIR power! Don’t let them fool you.

Most of us cannot afford to take any time off work to protest. This is by design. We will never claw back our rights if we do nothing, but we feel we need to do what we can to protect ourselves, our neighbors, our daughters and our sisters. We are so close to losing rights for many more people, all just human beings who are simply trying to make lives for themselves. Frankly, they've left us no choice. We must push the movement forward. We must protect our rights. The complaining will stop, as they've wanted, but only to recoil for a moment while we muster our strength. Our strength is in numbers and in our ability to empathize with the rest of the American electorate, the downtrodden. They're us and we're them. The complaining will stop, as they've wanted, but only to recoil for a moment while we muster our strength. Our strength is in numbers and in our ability to empathize with the rest of the American electorate, the downtrodden. They're us and we're them. The cheapest, legally protected, and most direct action we can take RIGHT NOW is to begin a massive movement to unionize. Contact a union today. Hang up flyers in your work break rooms and give your fellow employees flyers. It's their right to have the information—what they decide to do is up to them, and if history is a predictor, they'll do the right thing. The fact alone that employers will quake in their boots at the mere thought that their favored precedent, that we won't unionize, had previously been set, and now it's caving in around them, is more than enough to make us on r/antiwork giddy. But…
We. Want. More. They will have to frantically find a way to blatantly, and cowardly, fight our movement, then justify why the CEO makes 350x the average wage while we cannot afford to simply live. We will ask why they and their corporate friends supported those who've conspired to demolish OUR favored precedent. They will listen if we do this right. We cannot give up this time. No more complaining, only action.

We must push for unionization now. It's the only way we stand a chance..
