What do you think of a secure website/platform where you could share salaries and job offers Anonymously?

Just brainstorming something for the workers by the workers. Some thoughts on problems I’ve already thought of is verification… like how to prevent a company from paying a troll farm to submit low salaries? How to get specific enough to compare salaries and jobs at a company without throwing yourself out there and making it easy for your company to figure out and find “unrelated” reasons to fire you. Thoughts ?
