Feeling Unnecessarily Guilty?

Hello everyone, I had a recruiter reach out to me on LinkedIn and I ended up applying for the job. I did a phone interview, they told me I would hear back in a week. It is the next day and I received an email asking if I could do a virtual interview in a couple of days. The job I'm at now is not bad and I would be leaving for a little bit more of a raise not much but the benefits are excellent. If I get the job I would be going from: 1 vacation week, 1 sick week, basic insurance, 6 paid holidays, 5% 401K match to 3 vacation weeks, 2 sick weeks, 3 personal days, better insurance, 11 paid holidays, and 6% 401K match. Hello everyone,

I had a recruiter reach out to me on LinkedIn and I ended up applying for the job. I did a phone interview, they told me I would hear back in a week. It is the next day and I received an email asking if I could do a virtual interview in a couple of days. The job I'm at now is not bad and I would be leaving for a little bit more of a raise not much but the benefits are excellent. If I get the job I would be going from:

1 vacation week, 1 sick week, basic insurance, 6 paid holidays, 5% 401K match

to

3 vacation weeks, 2 sick weeks, 3 personal days, better insurance, 11 paid holidays, and 6% 401K match.

The only thing is I feel kind of guilty because my boss asked for a 3-4 month notice. I thought that was dumb because who gives that kind of notice? My job would be a very easy transition so I wouldn't have to train anyone for more than the 2 weeks. Also I'm going to two large work conferences out of state in the next two weeks so if I get the job, it'll be time to start at the new place. Anyway, I'm probably getting ahead of myself but I'm anxious.
