Company wants me to provide design documents, etc during interview process

I just had a company try this on me. This is after an hour and a half meeting and a month later they sent me this. I have taken the company sensitive information out.

In this phase of the interview process, we will be evaluating your skills and problem solving approach. Provided below are three upcoming challenges that THE COMPANY will be encountering and needing to solve for.

For each of the challenge, you will need to provide:

1. Architecture of the solution that will address the challenge

2. Provide sample code or suggestion specifics such as library, languages, tools, etc.. for data transformations, parsing, etc.

3. Describe the approach for leading your team through the execution of this project

4. Approach for testing, devops, maintenance

Challenges in the near future:

1. How would you quickly and soundly solve for data integrations across tens of data sources that only allow data access via CSV export?

2. How would you architect and support the process for identifying OTHER CLIENTS in international markets using website data?

3. What system and/or process would you institute to ensure Data Warehouse data validates against external data?

Mind you all of these “challenges” were questions they asked in the initial interview. So I don't know why now they need them in writing. I told them they could setup a meeting and we could discuss a contract to develop these deliverables. Ghosted…….
