I’m a dishwasher and I have been working at a restaurant for about a year now. When I first got hired they started me at 12.00 now after a year I’m only at 12.96 (after I asked for a raise) I later find out that my co workers we’re getting 14.00 and I’m not tryna be mean but they’re lazy and I’m always moving fast so we can get out of there early as possible. I decided to put in my two weeks and they tried to convince me to stay by giving me a dollar raise. This job is also very tiring and they wanna underpay me. I should’ve quit a long time ago.
