So for reference. I’m a prospective nursing student. So I decided to look for healthcare jobs in the area. I live in a big city. So its a few hospital options. I applied to one of the main hospital companies back in late December. They offered me the job in January. It was an entry level job. I was somewhat excited considering that it was a healthcare job and I’d get to gain some sort of insight on what working in healthcare is like. They only offered me 13hr. I figured it wasn’t worth it considering the daily task and the fact that we’re in a pandemic. I kind of regretted that decision. I feel like working in a hospital especially a known one in the city would’ve given me some bonus points on my application for school. So fast forwarding to now I have been applying to every entry level job they have in which I’m qualified for. They have denied me from every one. I applied to about 30 from January to now. The fact that I got denied from 30 entry level jobs doesn’t seem right. I’m not an expert in statistics but the probability of me not even landing an interview for even one of those jobs is unlikely. So I’m trying to figure out how my application keeps getting rejected. Is it possible for a company to block your applications?
