Talking about a housekeeping job here. Was told by a manager she had gotten docked 4 times in 4 months once over leaving a streak on a mirror. They don't just take a small percentage either, they take half of what you make for the house. They also said it doesn't matter if its in your assigned part of the house because we are responsible as a team.. is this normal ??
