Is this reasonable? (I work in the UK)

Hi there, I'll try and keep this short and sweet. I just need some other people's experiences/perspectives. I work as a project manager in construction and have been here for two and a half years. Came in as a trainee starting on £22,000 with no responsibility. I'm now overseeing over 80 projects, I'm in the office from about 6:30/7am to 4/4:30pm and I'm only being paid £26,000. The job is stressful and we are understaffed and it's now taking a hit on my mental health. Am I being paid fairly for the hours and responsibility I now have? Should I looks somewhere else? Should I be greatful for what I'm getting? Any opinions are of value. Edit: some of the 80+ projects are small. They range is from 50 man hours to about 2000 man hours of work.
