I applied for Procter and gamble and was immediately sent an invite to complete a personality assessment. You know the ones…Well apparently my years of experience and education were a complete waste of time to prepare me for this. How can legitimate companies implement these wishy washy “assessments” to base their hiring decisions. Who even makes these tests?!? I can’t apply for another job there until after 12 months, which I won’t even bother to do again. Even if I was fully honest (which I wasn’t) it’s pretty clear the world is not made for introverts. As if we’re somehow less competent at our jobs? By the way, the job I applied for was nothing like sales which would make sense. Tired of it man…
