Execs gaslight over great resignation…

I had a mass meeting and listened to a random exec describe how it wasn’t feasible to support the great resignation. He said that there were not enough people willing to work. But what made me mad was the reasons he gave for not giving us pay raises: 1. It cost a lot to search for people. 2. It cost a lot to train people. 3. The one that made me the most upset, because some states are raising minimum wages.
