So I am almost 25f and my coworker is 55m. Yesterday I left work on my lunch break in tears because he was actually ignoring me after I got back from a week long vacation. I gave him about 3 weeks notice for my vacation which i’m only required to give 2 and he flipped a switch and started telling me the things i’ve been doing for months were wrong. Also, yesterday the front desk person stepped out and I didn’t realize and he snapped at me to answer the phone that I couldn’t even hear because he was talking over the music that was blasting. The thing that scared me the most was when his computer mouse stopped working and he slammed both fists on the desk and said fuck. I was pretty scared. I have a meeting with HR today because I just am at a loss of what to do. I shouldn’t have to go to work and worry if my only other co worker wants to ignore me or be my best friend. I am afraid i’m being dramatic but I truly feel uncomfortable working here now.
