Technician came to restore my internet connection, there was an error in the address so he could not do his job. Turns out he ends up not getting paid for the whole intervention because they are paid on results. (The address mistake was neither his or my fault BTW)

That poor guy had to drive to my place with his own fuel, bring his tools and ended up not being able to do what he needed to do because the ISP wrote down the wrong address and, therefore, he did not have access to the right things. Despite calling the ISP for assistance, nothing could be done apparently except cancelling the whole thing and he told me he ends up not getting paid because “the problem was not fixed”.
