Just after a little bit of advise unsure if I'm in the right place so feel free to point me to another sub, I recently have had a HR complaint made against me for going to the pub on my dinner, having two maybe 3 pints if it's sunny. This has had no affect on my work or how I act in work. We have other people that also go to the pub on dinner it is a unpaid hour we get for lunch. We have “sports and social” events that have been hosted at pubs before on dinner where work literally buy us two pints on dinner so I don't really see what the issue is. I think most of the higher management arnt taking the complaint seriously and I have a feeling the person who reported me doesn't really like me that much. I've not had the HR…

I've not had the HR meeting yet but I have just been made aware, what should I do to prepare for the meeting?
