Spent some time trying to get my head round this. Do I put those reasons together and write up something about how great I am, or do I just write the simple fact that I’m doing the same job as them in every aspect (not even slightly different), but I’m the one having to get a second job to make ends meet…? Feels completely dehumanising. Been told they may refuse a promotion as they don’t have the funds… am I being mental or is this completely not my problem?!
