Got the denial email, luckily it wasn’t from a “do not reply” email. I emailed back and asked for feedback, no response.
I had previously connected on LinkedIn to the individual that would be training me as they were promoted out of this position, sent a message asking for feedback, no response.
How are we supposed to ever know what to work on or do in the future if we are just sent bullshit emails thanking us for our time?
I had to take time off of work to be a part of this ridiculous interview process.
Luckily I had PTO, but if I didn’t, that would have been unpaid time off.
How can people afford to be a part of this type of process?
It’s just disheartening and sad this is the norm.
