So my boss is awful as I said in the title. She claims to be a sociopath and told me she could get a diagnosis if she wants to. She's hit me in the face with her ponytail, she makes jokes about how I was able to make a baby with my wife, she talks bad about employees behind their back with other employees. She gets corporate calls pretty often on her from employees and my district manager doesn't do anything. She even told everybody she's above non management stuff like helping out with dishes. What should I do? People are quitting on her one by one.
