I’m so incredibly demoralized, angry, sad, all the things. I have an all star team we put together a product and delivered it from idea to implementation in under 2 mos. At the last stage gates we just found out that my team is being blocked from launching. Another VP outside of my area heard about the product and is taking over the product rebranding as theirs and launching it.
