Breathing is the solution to burnout

My company is sending an increasing amount of emails for how to prevent burnout and live a healthy lifestyle. Everything from eating healthy to yoga to breathing exercises. None of these, of course, are to be done during working hours. Everything except fixing the work environment or adequate compensation. Breathing is enough I guess.
