I've been working at a disability/mental health company for 6 months. I usually work between 6- 10 hrs a day plus I get called in for the weekends for no-shows. I am a caretaker and my other position I usually drive clients to doctor's appointments or outings. I was told by another staff member that I work too hard for the amount of pay $15hr and so I should send an email to request for a pay raise. But I don't know how to write one. I need help please and thanks.
