Competitive pay my a$$. Who here is tired of hearing that in job adverts? If your pay was so competitive then why not mention it upfront. Drives me mad. I recently had an employer approached and they just told me their pay upfront which was actually competitive. If your pay is so competitive then simply disclose it.
