Hello people. My manager is pushing overtime hard and don't care if it's to difficult for workers. I have 24 hour contract also my contract say “You may be required to work additional hours” and “Due to the nature of our business flexibility is required in respect of your hours of work eatch day and we may need to fluctuate your hours up or down” And now I will be working more than 40 hours on night shift a week. So my question is : Do I absolutely have to work them extra hours or I can tell my manager to go f*** him self and not do extra hours ?
