So I had a thought of a tax scheme idea and figured I'd share, if anything to invoke thought.
Basically, whatever the budget is, take that money from the richest person in the country until they would have wealth equal to the next wealthiest person. Now, take from both of them equally until they are both equal to the third richest person. Then take from all 3 equally until theu bit the 4th wealthiest. Rinse and repeat until the budget is met.
I know the devil is in a lot of details, but hey whatever.
