I live in Jamaica where the rates are half the minimum wage in America or else where so you know its pretty bad. Cost of living is shit high though the roof … like stepping outside the door would cost you 10-15k that converts to less than 100 usd or less. I'm so mentally drained I can't even describe the reasons why I'm tired I just am. It's tough really tough. Bosses don't care, most of the employees there are sharks and are willing to fuck you over to just be seen by bosses. Lol nothing works the process is broken; they constantly demand more out of you, every month they demand more. I wear so many hats at this shit job and they would never at the very least commend you for the job your doing. Your just expected to do it no raise, no bonus, no compensation nothing.
