When I started working with this guy, I noticed he was ALWAYS online. Crazy hours like 530 am his time to 7 pm. Worked on weekends. Always messaging me at random hours, it makes me feel like I have to be online all the time as well. I like my time off, I like relaxing outside of work. Even if that just means moving from my desk to my couch! Anything that is just not. Work. I was hoping to get a little break while he was on pat leave but damn, couldn't even get that.
Do you hate your real life and family so much that your only escape is work? Get a fucking hobby bro.
