For the sake some some anonymity my store lead told me I had to reimburse the company for a customer not fully paying a tab. I live in Texas.
They came through the drive through, I ran their cars, handed them them the drinks, the register completed the order and she left. A couple seconds later the register told me is was partial payment .
For context, this register has been giving us issues for months and has been ignore by company owner. Store lead says it’s my job to cover it so I paid.
