my job is not set up to be ada compliant

First off, this is a burner because I'd rather not risk someone from my job tracing this back to me and I'm going to be pretty vague. My job has tables EVERYWHERE and these tables are not easily movable. They've recently done some remodeling and the current layout does not allow you to easily navigate even without a disability such as a walker, wheelchair, cane, or any other form of assistance, so in the case of needing one, you'd be really screwed. Also, it's set up so poorly that in the event of an emergency you like a fire, you'd have a very hard time getting anywhere safely. So is there anything I can do about this? I tried looking on the ada site and it's just showing listing if you were discriminated against and nothing to report a business that is making it unsafe.
