I get kicked out of the company chatroom for saying employees working with no A/C should be appreciated/rewarded

It's a speciality salon, we work with chemicals directly affected by the heat. Makes our jobs MUCH harder and it's 100+ here in Texas. Studio is 70+ and on my “no breaks for you” sunday shift almost fainted from heat/no food.
