Teachers in Hell – Not Allowed to Protect Students (!)

I am not sure where the best place is to post this, so if there are any suggestions please let me know. Mateo was an innocent, promising young student who was mercilessly bullied based on his race and socioeconomic status (Latino, lower income). Teachers tried desperately to do intervention to protect him but were blocked constantly by administrators (principal, vice principal, etc.). Recently Mateo sadly took his own life after one last brutal amount of bullying. He literally killed himself on the campus. Now the school is trying to cover it up.
