Over a week ago I posted here after I quit my shitty, low paying job for a fantastic job opportunity. This week I started and I've been having fun so far.
It's a technician job and I have to do a month of training before I can go on my own. Here's the best things about my job so far:
-$19/hr plus a bonus up to $350 per paycheck for every sale I make on the job once I start working on my own
-My own work phone that's a mid range Samsung smartphone which is pretty nice
-My own work truck with a gas card once I finish training
$1/hr pay raise after 6 months and 1% pay raise per subsequent promotion
-During training I'm entitled to $0.57 cents per mile I drive in my own car as reimbursement (I drive 60 miles round trip every day so this adds up really nicely)
My boss is wonderful btw. During lunch my boss got Chick-fil-A for me on his own dime which was amazing. Not sure if I should be talking about my enjoyment so far on this sub but I love it. I finally found a job that'll get me out of the financial struggle I've been dealing with for over a year and I'm just so happy with how things are going. There's more great benefits but I'll keep this short for you guys.
