Was told today my self review wasn't accurate because i gave myself perfect scores on certain areas. Sthe idea being there is always room for improvement. Anyone else's company have this mindset? I've gotten nothing but positive feedback since starting the position, and personally feel like I'm killing it. My idea is give myself all the praise and if they want to try to prove me wrong so be it. Otherwise, give me a raise to justify my performance.
