Made a letter to the site manager stating that if wages aren’t increased people will end up leaving

In the UK currently inflation is at 9% and expected to get worse yet our wages haven't been adjusted at all in potentially years. I'm lucky in the fact I live at home so I just make money and it piles up but I plan to move out soon and get into the real world and what the real world is telling me is that these wages are not suitable for surviving on. If they aren't willing to invest in us as workers we aren't going to invest in them as a company. They'll learn real quick what happens when they have no workers left.
