I was doing some interviews with my boss earlier. We're perpetually short staffed and moral is very low due to cost of living, lack of appreciation, lack of pay, etc. Working blows.
He tells one candidate how he's looking for someone who can work autonomously, keep their head down, and work without breaks. Literally said this in the interview. Dumb.
Then he goes on to explain how there are no raises, the raise at three months is getting the benefits package (I.e Healthcare, massage, etc. benefits) and whined about not being able to find anybody to work.
The candidate said she wouldn't want to work for a company like this and telling a potential employee you want you plan to violate their worker rights in an interview isn't going to help the staffing shortage were facing. I could only sit there with a grin on my face trying not to laugh. As she was leaving she goes ANTIWORK and walked out respectfully.
Whoever tf you are I have been waiting for someone like that to confront that idiot for a week now. Bless you and if you can prove its you, i'm going to hook you up with a free season pass to the rink/hill.
