Help Debunk Union Busters’ Propaganda

Please help me find relevant information to properly debunk the arguments presented by the union busters: Union dues are going to be too high (they are not). You will lose money if you unionize. Regardless of your position in the company, you HAVE to join the union. Individuality in the terms and conditions pertaining hiring/firing is going to disappear. Benefits might decrease (currently have sub-par 401k and medical insurance) with the union. The company is looking out for the interests of their employees, the union is looking out for their own interests. You will have less shifts to work available to you under union (this also insinuates that the company won't be able to pick up any additional contracts to busy their employees with) Our union representatives are going to be the union's mouthpieces that are looking out for the monetary interests of the union. Please help me find relevant information to properly debunk the arguments presented by the union busters:

  1. Union dues are going to be too high (they are not). You will lose money if you unionize.
  2. Regardless of your position in the company, you HAVE to join the union.
  3. Individuality in the terms and conditions pertaining hiring/firing is going to disappear.
  4. Benefits might decrease (currently have sub-par 401k and medical insurance) with the union.
  5. The company is looking out for the interests of their employees, the union is looking out for their own interests.
  6. You will have less shifts to work available to you under union (this also insinuates that the company won't be able to pick up any additional contracts to busy their employees with)
  7. Our union representatives are going to be the union's mouthpieces that are looking out for the monetary interests of the union.
  8. Your dues are wasted by the union. In other words, your dues are simply making some rich asshole richer.
  9. Union representative are going to be handsomely compensated by the union and others are going to be neglected.
  10. Having a union is a less democratic way of organizing labor. They specifically said “Historically, unions feel they are promoting the greater good of the employees without consulting the full membership of the employees.”  

Any help is appreciated. It is extremely difficult to fight these assholes alone. I will appreciate any help. The elections are very close and the last thing I want is these things persuading people to vote no. I would like to ask you to please provide a credible source of information alongside a good claim to fight these points with. Thank you!
