Need help deciding whether to decline job offer.

UPDATE: Hi everyone, thank you all for your comments. I decided to decline this offer and step back from childcare for the moment. So I (F24) have not had a job for 5 years and I graduated in 2020 with a degree in Eng Lit.

I just recently got accepted into a childcare apprenticeship but have been told that an apprentice who works there says it's awful – long hours, no time to study, bad management.

Looking online it seems lots of people also have issues with childcare careers and the general advice is to avoid getting into it.

The problem is, childcare is one of the only things I'm passionate about (the other being jobs relating to animals).

I am almost set on declining the job offer but I am so worried that there is nothing else for me – I have no qualifications in animal care.

I need to start working ASAP, luckily I have a great family and am happy living at home but I need to start thinking about work.

I don't know what to do.. if anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.
