From what I understand, in Germany the work week is under 35? hours and people don't socialize, they mostly attend clubs outside of work for interactive/social connections. I think it is not expected for workers to be friends. Does anyone have experience with this?
If the pandemic forced this change of office 'fun' parties to end, it means the death of office socialization. It's clear on this sub that people would like that, but it would be interesting if this diverted people to clubs or other hobby socialization outside of the office. What do you think?
