We have a whiteboard at my work where people leave notes, often related to incorrect clock in or out, schedule changes, etc. Somebody wrote on it that they had failed to clock in until a certain time. The boss responded with a note of their own that said ” name of work place has forgotten to pay you for the time you forgot to clock in for. ”
Right now my workplace is on a skeleton crew because everybody is out sick. The boss is a total asshole and everybody is already going far beyond their means at a place where they are paid poorly. The gall for the boss to write this note, this “joke” has me steaming.
