Currently im on a 6 month probationary period with my new employer where they can fire me with a weeks notice if i fail to impress Downside is that reads as 0 job security to me so i keep applying for higher paid jobs where if i get one i can give one weeks notice due to the probationary period That shit works both ways and employees should try to capitalise on that. If they arent willing to put a ring on it then you aint official yet
