The place I work at has advertised a 3% match simple IRA plan. I submitted my paper work by the due date of 2021 for the IRA.. its been six months and yet my general manager has yet to set up my IRA plan. I have asked the general manager each week when I'll get the benefit and credentials so I know were my money is and I hear the same answer. My boss has even step in yet I don't have my IRA plan in my hands. Not sure if money is being deducted from my check but I'm getting really upset that I submitted the paper work, was qualified for the IRA, and I've gotten nothing out of something that was advertised in the job benefits. Came here because I don't know what to do next..
