For one: if we are short-staffed to the point some of our current staff are out, we are not guaranteed bathroom breaks when we need it. I’ve had this happen when kids were running around a room and moving tables when in a hyper mood. All the while my bladder was painfully full and all I could think about was how I desperately wanted to use the smaller sized kids toilet in the bathroom in the room.
