Was offered a 63 cent raise and I countered it with an additional 12 cent. After waiting 2 weeks I asked about it and was told it is being denied. I work for a cannabis company and most days I make them over $10,000. I’m currently pregnant and need the insurance so unfortunately I have to stay where I am, figured this was the right place to vent.
