I’m 23 years old and in SoCal. Basically what the title states. I have worked at a non-public school before and was a behavior specialist assistant (am also a registered behavior technician). I did everything the Behavior Specialist would do but since I don’t have a college degree they made up that title for me. I made $22/hr at 40hrs/wk there. What should I am for now? How do I state my needs with confidence? I would like to make $55k a year. Any advice would be welcomed.
