I have never quit or even wanted to quit a job before but my current job is not making me happy and this is the first time I have ever wanted to quit a job.
How should I go about doing it, I would like to give some notice but how much do i give? I know if I leave they will probably want me to train somebody else to do the jobs I'm leaving behind which doesn't really fill me with joy.
I'm right in saying that I only have to give two weeks notice and they can't make me stay anymore than that?
Leaving on good or bad terms doesn't really bother me I just don't want to leave my work mates on bad terms but my manager can have any feelings he wants.
