Is anyone familiar with these ideas?

Recently some thoughts have come to mind, and I am wondering if there is anyone who has promoted or proposed these ideas, or anything similar. I imagine a society where the government creates a digital bank account with an unlimited amount of money (non-paper obviously) that can be given away as some type of universal basic income. But it is not given directly to individuals, rather, it can be given to employers for the sole purpose of being able to pay their employees a living wage without them needing to lose any of their own money. Since people will be more motivated to work if it is given to employers and not them directly. If something like a 4-day/3-day/2-day/1-day workweek happens, there will be more people needed to fill the positions that were lost due to people working less. So maybe an international economy of some sort could be created,…

So maybe an international economy of some sort could be created, and poor immigrants can be offered the positions that were lost. One of the causes of poverty is because there are large amounts of people who cannot find good jobs around the world, especially in certain poor rural communities that do not have access to other parts of the world. Not only would offering them these lost positions benefit those who desire to work less, doing so would also reduce poverty and thus hunger along with several other issues. Now, I'm not extremely knowledgeable of how important the jobs of those who are living in extreme poverty/any type of poverty are, but I am pretty sure some of them only exist to serve their communities which would no longer be needed if those living with poverty like this became part of a larger community that could supply their needs.

Though, something like a universal basic income would need to pay for transportation if they are seeking jobs outside their own country.

I'd also imagine many jobs, such as insurance, homeless shelters, certain charities, etc., would no longer need to exist if everyone could financially support themselves well. Plus, if people are given more money, theft-related crime rates would drop, which would probably cause multiple layoffs for those working in law enforcement. So, all these people who worked at jobs that are no longer needed could fill some of the positions which were lost when the workweek was changed.

On top of all this, automation could fill many of these positions.

Of course, we would need to find a way to solve the inflation/deflation problem and maybe other problems I'm not familiar with, but I was wondering everyone's thoughts here, or if there are any flaws in these ideas.
