Feel guilty as I know if I leave – the whole department will eventually collapse

Hi everyone – in a bit of a pickle. I've been offered a fantastic new job at a really progressive firm which are offering me a monster £7k payrise in an area that is completely new to me, but I feel guilty for leaving my current employer as I know for certain the whole department may collapse if I hand my notice in (one is retiring, the other is a temp and the other is a junior who hates his job and is looking for a way out). Am I overthinking this and letting guilt cloud my judgement? My current employer's culture has changed since hiring a new associate, and I don't really like the partition between manager's and us in the general practice team. Help?!
