Applying for jobs recently and received an automated response with this PDF, asking me to take an additional roughly 2 hours of my personal time to complete “personality and aptitude assessments” with no guarantee that I'd even get the chance to speak to an actual human being. Oh, and asking me to refill out an application “even if this information is included on your resume”??! Thanks but no thanks.
