Girlfriend just explained to me that they were making her do a 15 minute presentation to raise engagement and encourage the lower performers.
She's been there maybe a couple months and doubts she's even hit the target one week yet…. but still.
She explained this to me during someone else's presentation while they were muted.lol.
They want us back to snap thier fingers in our face when our eyes gloss over at the propaganda (think office spaces' birthday scene)
Oh and she works for a company the government pays too give people money that can't pay a very specific, very high bill. Think your largest current bill. Her job is to gather all the red tape, I mean documents, to make sure people qualify…. gotta stop those hundredaires from scamming the system huh?
