Hey guys, long time reader first time poster.
This Friday is my last day at my job. The company I am leaving is honestly one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working for. They provide next to no benefits, only health insurance nothing more. No PTO, no holidays off, no 401k, no sick days, no maternity leave, nothing. The communication is abysmal. If you asked a question in the company chat, you are met with either a sarcastic remark or complete silence. There is always a myriad of political nonsense in the company chat especially by the owners (FJB, thanks Joe, etc.). There is ton of talking behind employees backs, stalking them on social media (this includes their immediate and extended families and their friends/partners). A ton of guilt tripping and trying to make people feel bad for needing to take time off or even under family emergency circumstances. Plus a ton more.
I just want to know should I leave reviews on this company on Glassdoor, indeed, etc for any one searching for employment. Also, just putting in an application has you subject to social media stalking, fast people search stalking to the point where upper management will Google street view your home and make comments on your cars, and housing situation.
This is my first time dealing with such nonsense.
