I am applying to other jobs… learning the market and interview tips. I realized I have to change my mind frame and go to interviews without feeling discouraged as every Interview can teach us something. Learned a trick on Resume writing at my last Interview. I just need to find a good paying job that doesn't have micro managers and toxic environment which would make me quit on the spot!!
