I dont really understand this.
My co worker and i work in similar office positions. She got quite sick and had to be off for a few weeks so she was given a laptop to work from home.
She comes back to work like normal. Then yesterday i find out she worked from home and she told me she got her period and didnt want to come in.
I get my period every month and never get to work from home? We also have a lady in accounting that also works from home when she wants. So wtf? Why has no one told me i can work from home?
I think im going to be asking my boss about this…. Im annoyed.
